Fasting is a great way to detox the body
Fasting is an old method, some do it for religious reasons, some to lose weight, to detox the body, etc. There are several ways for fasting for instance some people drink only water, some drink fruit and vegetable juices, some are physically active during the fast, some just lay around, some do enema and some don't, some take food supplements, drink tea, soup, some do it at the clinics for fasting, some in special programs in the nature, some on their own at house, and so on.
I have done almost all from the above, except all of my fasts were done alone at house. :-) I'd wish to do it in special program in a group in the nature someday. Now I feel the best fast (at least for me) is to do it with fresh squeezed fruit and vegetable juices and:
