Moon phase fast
Moon phase fast or
"Moon diet plan" is a way of fast when you fast for 24 hours. The
fast starts at the time when the moon phase starts (the first quarter, new
moon, the third or last quarter and full moon). Some say you should start
fasting the very minute the phase starts and end it after 24 hours have past. I
adjusted this instruction:
- in case the phase starts before 12 am: I fast the whole day and start to eat next day in the morning, that means I don’t eat solid food around 36 hours (from 8 p.m. the day before and around 8 am the day after)
I have done this sort of fasting some years ago and was very satisfied with it. This year I'm going to do it again.
Below is the list of all phases in 2014 for the northern hemispere for CET. I shall keep record of my weight in the morning of the day and in the morning of the day after and let's see what will happen. :-)
